How do the Murder Mysteries work?
Once inside our doors, you will meet and talk with the show's crazy characters — then, witness a crime that you might help solve! Enjoy all-you-can-eat Italian food, drinks and dessert and laugh along with our zany detective as he interrogates the suspects with your clues. It’s family fun — appropriate for all ages.

Do you take reservations?
Yes, we actually prefer that you make reservations, especially for groups of six or more. This guarantees a seat, but seating assignments happen as guests arrive.
How do I make reservations?
You can call the box office at 423.517.1839 or buy tickets online to save 10% on the ticket price.
What are the Box Office hours?
Box Office hours: 11am-4pm Tue/Wed Thu/Fri 11-6pm Sat 10-5pm
If I did not make reservations, can I still come to the show?
Yes, you can! Come to the box office before the showtime to get your seating tickets! The earlier you arrive, the better your seat. Even if you arrive with no reservations at the last minute, we'll love to have you as long as seats are available.
Do I need to hold my tickets with a credit card number?
We do not require that you hold your tickets, but we offer a special 10% discount for those who purchase their tickets over the phone or online with a credit card.
How far in advance do I need to reserve our seats?
As soon as you can. We fill up quickly, but never assume that we won’t have tickets available. But if you want to come tonight, come tonight!
How long do the shows last?
Our shows last between 1.5 hours to 2 hours with dinner and dessert.
What does the admission price include?
The admission price includes the show, an all-you-can-eat Italian buffet, your choice of beverage, and a dessert.

What types of beverages do you serve?
We serve Coca-Cola products, sweet and unsweet tea, and coffee. We have a full bar with premium liquors, draft beers, bottled beers, wine by the glass or bottle and specialty frozen drinks. We have $1 draft beer for the stand-up comedy shows and Live Band Karaoke.
What is served for dessert?
Ask your server, because desserts frequently change. Most commonly, a generous slice of our double fudge cake dribbled with raspberry sauce and topped with a chocolate chunk. We rotate other specialty desserts such as pound cake with fresh fruit and coconut cake.
Can you eat during the show? When is the buffet opened?
The buffet opens when the showroom opens an hour before the showtime. The buffet will remain open during the show, but we recommend you get in early to get that fresh right-out-of-the-oven taste from our chef.
Where can I park?
There is pay parking directly in front of the building, but you can find a variety of free spots behind us and two blocks up the hill behind us. Please be aware of parking signs, this is downtown afterall!
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept cash, MasterCard and Visa. We only accept checks from churches and businesses. We do not take Discover or Amex.

Are your shows scary?
No, our shows are comedies, and even though someone is killed, the situations around the murders are to die for! There is silliness and nothing to be afraid of.
What are your shows like? What can I expect?
Expect to be entertained. We do not make any guests do things they don't want to do or go out of our way to embarrass anyone. Yes, there is crowd interaction, but the actors use wisdom with their choices. You can choose to watch and do nothing but enjoy your meal or participate on various levels if you wish. We have a reputation of being respectful to our audience and going out of our way to entertain so that you'll tell your friends and come back for more.
Do you serve alcohol?
YES, we do! We have a full bar! Once we were a BYOB venue. We are no longer.
Do you have a dress code?
Come as you are...or dress to impress. No code enforced, but hey -- why not dress up a bit?!
Is gratuity automatically added?
15% gratuity is added for groups of 6 or more. Others are asked to tip their servers on their own.
What discounts are available for military, senior citizens, students, groups, or just because you love me?
We offer a 10% discount to members of the armed forces and to groups of 20 or more. And if you make reservations over the phone and pay with a credit card, then you receive a 10% discount—yes, because we love you. Purchasing tickets online with your credit card gives you a 10% discount as well.
Do your shows or show times ever change?
No, we have a regular rolling schedule, which is as posted on the home page. The casts are always changing though, so be sure to check out your favorite shows more than once!
Will shows ever be cancelled?
Unfortunately, yes. We do sometimes experience technical problems with our equipment, very bad weather, etc that require us to cancel a show. It's rare. If you have already purchased tickets, then we can move you to a different date or refund your money.
If I decide not to come to a show that I paid for over the phone or online, do I get a full refund?
No. We can move your reservation to another date. But if the show has been cancelled, we can give you a full refund.
I love your place. Can I have an event here with no show? A private party or reception?

How Do you do your seating assignments?
Seating is decided randomly. First come first serve means we will serve you first if you are here first, but it doesn't change the randomness of your seating assignment.
How do I use these occasional coupons?
One coupon per table per party...no exceptions. We signed up for these coupons as a benefit to the community programs they endorse and if there is any doubt about your particular coupon or pass use, please call the box office to clarify before you reserve.
How do I make sure my big group is seated together?
If you want to bring a large party, you are going to love the show! But, it is important to make a reservation under one name for the entire group. If you want to pay separately when you arrive, that's fine. But, if you or others make separate reservations under different names, they probably will not be assigned to sit together.
